Sara Dufner

I've been an ex Professional Basketball Player for the European WNBA. Fitness has been something that has been in my blood since I was around 12 years old. I truly enjoy working people out and to see my clients reach their workout goal, weekly goal, monthly goal to their life time goal. I am here to get to know my clients to truly get them to where they want to be physically and emotionally. I’ve walked in everyone’s shoes and know what you will be going through. I can mix and match with all my workouts to spice things up as I have several certifications.

My Certifications are: ACE (Personal Training), AFAA (Group Fitness Instructor), PIYO, Insanity, P90X, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Turbo Kick, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Nutritionist, TRX, and Kettlebell. If you want a change I am who you call!

Kenneth McCoy

PFT, PAT, NSCA (member) CPR/AED

Has over 25 years of training and instructing athletes. Proved as leader with a wide array of success. MSU strength and conditioning from 2012-2015 where he trained soccer, softball and basketball players who won All Conference,
All Region, All American and multiple All American Awards in each sport.

On the local and area high level, he trained the 3x state champion basketball team, the 2x State 100m champion and several athletes who were on All District, All Region and All State teams. Several of these athletes have gone on to play their respective sport on the collegiate DI, DII, & NAIA levels. He is motivated not only to succeed but to do the best for each athlete.

I have a bachelors in kinesiology with an emphasis in rehab exercise. I love running, swimming, hiking and anything else outdoors! I previously worked at a rehab gym in California focusing on functional movement and injury prevention. I want clients to be able to find a sustainable type of exercise that they enjoy to live a healthy life!
